In a life threatening emergency you should dial 999 or 112 and request the appropriate service (or 101 if not life threatening).

Our central operations covers calls for support on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis, supported by volunteer co-ordinators. Organisations that have a Memorandum of Understanding with us will have a direct phone number for this service. Typically our call outs are initiated by Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire Emergency Planning Officers, triple nine services when required, as well as recognised Search and Rescue Teams.
