Please note we are NOT an Emergency Service or Recovery Operator.

In a life threatening emergency you should dial 999 or 112 and request the appropriate service (or 101 if not life threatening).

Waiting for the 1 in 25 year snowfall or flood to happen before making contact with us will be too late. If such an event were to occur, we are likely to be very busy supporting primary organisations with which we have a Memorandum of Understanding.

Negotiating an MOU with us costs you nothing – but that piece of paper will make the difference between the unlikely becoming likely! Even if it means you do not use us we will still be able to assist you if needed. You may also gain a lot of respect from colleagues, other organisations and even customers if you do need us in a hurry.

However – if you’ve only just found us and need our help as soon as possible, then please contact us and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.

Please Note: Our services are not free. Normal call outs for vulnerable organisations include a small mileage charge, while we do ask for a small mutually agreed donation when assisting with special events, this means we are able to cover operating costs for attending.
